• 🟡 (18:19) Test execution exposed ReferenceError: SessionExecutionTable is not defined at packages/core/src/session/runner/llm.ts:197, where the runner calls .select({ phase: SessionExecutionTable.phase }). The file imported SessionRecoveryTable from ../sql but not SessionExecutionTable.
• 🟡 (18:19) The missing SessionExecutionTable reference caused multiple SessionRunnerLLM tests to fail, including "durably settles local tool failures before continuing" and "returns permission corrections to the model and continues".
• 🟡 (18:20) Agent successfully updated packages/core/src/session/runner/llm.ts after diagnosing the undefined SessionExecutionTable reference.
