🟡 (13:26) Investigation of Effect’s fiber-set semantics found FiberSet.join() in /home/byk/.local/share/opencode/repos/github.com/Effect-TS/effect-smol/packages/effect/src/FiberSet.ts:680-681 awaits self.deferred and terminates with the first fiber failure, whereas FiberSet.awaitEmpty() at lines 708-712 waits until the set is empty without propagating fiber failures.
