Key Decisions

PR #1558 documentation/introspection design

• Command examples are now first-class command metadata rather than duplicated hand-written fragments:
  • CommandExample has readonly description and command; command must be a complete line including sentry.
  • CommandDocumentation extends Stricli docs with optional readonly examples.
  • Structured command-owned examples override stale/legacy fragment-derived examples; fragment examples remain fallback when metadata examples are absent or empty.
• Native Stricli receives examples converted into fullDescription, because Stricli itself does not understand the custom examples field. Examples appear before schema-generated JSON field documentation so JSON fields remain last.
• customUsage[0] remains the canonical public signature suffix. Later customUsage entries may describe equivalent forms.
• Agent-conversation list no longer needs customUsage; its optional tuple positional can derive [<org>].

Agent-conversation semantics

• Agent conversation IDs are organization-scoped, not organization/project-scoped, and never contain /. Canonical view syntax is [<org>/]<conversation-id> with at most one slash.
