• 🟡 (18:08) Bundle generation injected debug ID d9cbeace-1457-4642-8ed8-bcb9e64f3f43. Because SENTRY_AUTH_TOKEN was absent, sourcemap upload was skipped.
• 🟡 (18:08) Aggregate Vitest validation used Vitest v4.1.8 and finished with exactly 19 failed, 10,333 passed, and 230 skipped tests across 486 files in 1,244.72 seconds.

• 🟡 (18:08) Before the semantic-lint.test.ts assertion failures, the local embedding provider failed initialization after 3 attempts because cached model /home/byk/Code/opencode-lore-responses-accumulation-review-fix/node_modules/.pnpm/@huggingface+transformers@3.8.1_@types+node@24.13.1/node_modules/@huggingface/transformers/.cache/nomic-ai/nomic-embed-text-v1.5/onnx/model_quantized.onnx could not load due to Protobuf parsing failed; the error originated through LocalProvider.handleInitError at packages/core/src/embedding/local.ts:1008 and the worker handler at packages/core/src/embedding/local.ts:735.
• 🟡 (18:08) Representative downstream failures caused judge mocks not to run: checkInvariants (funnel, stubbed LLM) > does NOT flag when the judge says no violation expected prompt once but got 0 calls at packages/core/test/semantic-lint.test.ts:1053; fans a violation out to all near-duplicate hunks with ONE judge call expected 1 call but got 0 at line 1233; checkInvariants typed judge outcomes > stops after a run-scoped failure and reports a mixed degraded run expected 2 calls but got 0 at line 1784; and holistic semantic-lint orchestration > falls back to isolated hunks when the complete diff exceeds the budget expected 1 isolated judge call but got 0 at line 1958.
• 🟡 (18:08) Assistant concluded that the aggregate run was conclusive, attributed all 19 failures to the preceding local ONNX model-cache parse error, and declined shard fallback because the aggregate completed with exact results.
