Michi harassment pattern: 4th incident, resents BYK's Staff hire, already escalated: Michi's behavior toward Burak Yigit Kaya is the 4th instance of harassment. Root cause: Michi resented BYK being hired at Staff level; keeps bringing up Staff status especially after Michi was also promoted. Michi is NOT on the Symbolic team — his call-out in the ingest thread was unsolicited and outside his scope. Prior escalations: reported to Michi's manager and skip-level before this incident. Daniel G and Stephanie are both informed. BYK will seek stronger measures if it continues. No comms with Michi after the team-staff incident.
