The getsentry/craft repo contains two independent pnpm projects with separate lockfiles: (1) root — package.json + pnpm-lock.yaml (6215 lines), @sentry/craft v2.27.0-dev.0, Node 22.12.0, pnpm 10.27.0 via Volta; (2) docs — docs/package.json + docs/pnpm-lock.yaml (4367 lines), craft-docs v1.0.0 private, Astro/Starlight-based. Dependabot alerts and pnpm overrides must be applied to the correct project — a vulnerability in root's lockfile is NOT fixed by adding an override to docs and vice versa.
