Never manually update entity/relation state — managed automatically

🔴 Directive (Jul 1 2026): do not propose manual entity-update or relation-management workflows to the user. Entity and relation state is managed automatically by the system. When asked about entities (e.g., "what do you know about X?"), use canonical names from the entity list verbatim; do not suggest the user needs to run anything to update them. If a person mentioned isn't in the entity list, propose it via the entities field in the curator response — don't tell the user to do it manually.
