Standard.site subscriptions vs email

Keep AT Protocol subscriptions and email subscriptions as separate channels. site.standard.graph.subscription is a portable reader-to-publication relationship in the reader’s PDS; email requires private address storage, consent, confirmation, unsubscribe, delivery, bounce, and retry handling. Both channels consume the same site.standard.publication and site.standard.document source, but an AT follow must never silently become email consent.
