Absolute language for system behavior

Burak Yigit Kaya prefers absolute wording like “always” and “never” when describing technical system behavior. This avoids ambiguous prose about code paths, API availability, and module usage; softer wording looks safer, but it hides invariants and makes future sessions re-open settled behavior as if it were conditional.
