seriesColor Other muted fill

For dashboard charts, seriesColor("Other", …) must always use muted gray and seriesFill("Other", …) must always return the lightest fill, ░. Chose this fixed treatment over palette/index assignment because “Other” denotes residual aggregated data and must remain visually subordinate to named series.
