Cozette Sixel dashboard font

Chose vendored static Cozette glyph data generated from its canonical MIT BDF over a hand-written 5×7 font, Iosevka embedding, or a runtime parser/rasterizer because Cozette’s 6×13 bitmap glyphs are sharp and parser-free. Store each normalized row in low bits 5–0, with bit 5 as the leftmost pixel, rather than preserving BDF’s upper-bit alignment; document and test this invariant to prevent an apparently plausible BDF shift fix. Render proportional nearest-neighbor rectangles inside measured terminal cells and clip each rectangle to its cell, rather than integer-only scaling, so text fills 9×18-like cells without spilling into neighbors.
