Schema Core Protocol layering

Always preserve runtime layering: Core and Protocol may depend on Schema; Server may depend on Core and Protocol; Client runtime may depend on Schema and Protocol, never Core or Server; SDK composes Client, Core, and Server. Chose this over convenient cross-layer imports because browser-safe Client and Schema code must not pull host runtime dependencies or create cycles.
