V2 package dependency direction

Chose the runtime graph Schema → Core and Schema → Protocol, then Core + Protocol → Server, over convenient cross-layer imports because lower layers must remain independently usable. Client runtime may depend on Schema and Protocol, never Core or Server; sdk-next alone composes Client, Core, and Server. Put implementations in their owning package rather than adding facades that reverse this graph.
