opencode-pty plugin daemon collision

Trap: removing “opencode-pty” looks like one dependency cleanup, but two distinct projects share the name. Fix: distinguish the shekohex/opencode-pty agent plugin from anomalyco/opencode-pty’s native daemon imported as @opencode-ai/pty; removing the plugin must never remove the daemon required by persistent PTY support.
