Bun dependency reinstalls

Always request current registry versions and reinstall the complete dependency set when reinstalling dependencies; with Bun, use bun install --force. An ordinary install looks sufficient but may preserve stale cached or lockfile-resolved artifacts instead of validating a clean dependency state.
