PTY deletion subscription

Trap: awaiting Promise.all(remove(...)) inside the single session.deleted event loop looks like reliable cleanup, but one deletion rejection escapes and permanently stops later event handling. Fix: isolate each deletion failure, continue the subscription, close admission first, reject late spawn insertion, and await tracked in-flight cleanup.
