SupervisorTransport.close STOP deadline

Trap: starting the 25-second close timeout only after writing TYPE_STOP looks bounded, but a saturated supervisor receive buffer can leave the STOP write callback pending forever. Fix: bound the STOP write itself, then separately bound structured completion and socket closure; test close after filling input backpressure.
