Keep both operational changes and analytical claims strictly within the user’s requested or evidenced scope. For targeted infrastructure work, allow dependency lookup, refresh, and delta calculation, but verify programmatically that every proposed mutation belongs to the original target; abort for investigation rather than modify dependencies or adjacent resources. For adjudication and coding, attribute authority to the correct actor, use grounded exact evidence, distinguish proposals from effective changes, and bound conclusions to the demonstrated mechanism (for example, a Terraform provisioner rather than all installation methods). Avoid unrelated review requests, generalized claims, unsupported edges, and scope expansion.
