Chose hand-written packages/cli/install plus the tracked symlink apps/cli-docs/public/install → ../../../packages/cli/install over generating or duplicating installer copies because the website must serve byte-identical installer behavior without generation machinery. Preserve executable mode 100755 on the canonical file and symlink mode 120000 on the public path.
