Terraform module detector order

Always preserve Terraform detector order: detectGitHub, detectGit, detectBitBucket, detectGCS, detectS3, then detectAbsFilePath. Chose detectAbsFilePath as the final fallback over earlier placement because it claims every nonempty input and would prevent later detectors from running. Preserve compatibility by letting failed registry parsing fall through to remote-source parsing; do not add shorthand detectors, because new source types must use canonical source-address syntax.
