For governance-adjudication tasks, inspect the frozen source records and direct Luna/Terra responses before selecting a coding. Compare disagreements at the record, body/patch relationship, and power-edge levels. Reject schema-invalid candidates, especially evidence quotes that are not verbatim and grounded in the referenced source. Preserve exact source IDs, evidence bounds, dates, scopes, edge ordering, and required fields. Treat merged patches as controlling when they conflict with proposal text, and use abstention when truncation prevents a defensible rights determination. Distinguish product proposals from institutional changes by requiring explicit evidence of ownership, stewardship, voting, governance, or other control rights. Validate every final object against the frozen schema before delivery.
