AIError reason ownership

Chose AIError as a wrapper around one tagged reason over duplicating error fields because each reason owns its readable message, category fields, optional original body, observed http, and underlying cause. Preserve body before decoding, never invent HTTP status/request IDs, and explicitly copy non-enumerable message and cause during reclassification.
