Always use Lore’s pinned pnpm workspace commands, not Bun or direct tsc. Trap: package-local Vitest invocation looks correctly scoped, but root-relative includes report “No test files found”; run Vitest with the repository root and repository-relative paths. If root pnpm test exceeds its 20-minute shell timeout without a summary, treat it as failed, inspect surviving workers, then run package slices with --printConsoleTrace; independently passing slices can establish aggregate contention rather than a package defect.
