Required ZIP stream EOF

Trap: ZipExtFile.read(), CRC, size, and exact durable-byte comparison look complete, but terminal-byte truncation of DEFLATE, BZIP2, or LZMA can still yield the full payload while the native codec reports eof=False; corrupt DEFLATE may also leak zlib.error. Fix: require each required stream to reach its codec end marker and normalize native failures to ValueError with the cause retained. Regress both required names across all codecs, asserting no parser invocation and closed handles.
