Repository formatter authority

Always follow the owning repository’s checked-in formatter. Sentry Publish requires default Prettier formatting, double-quoted strings, semicolons, and yarn prettier before committing; Lore requires two-space indentation via .oxfmtrc.json, while Burak Yigit Kaya’s fallback is tabs. A universal style looks consistent but causes noisy diffs and formatter failures.
