Sentry query auth preflight

Before sentry issue list or similar telemetry queries, always verify authenticated identity, token expiry, accessible organizations, and the organization/project that receives the telemetry. Assuming the current account maps to the target looks convenient but can produce misleading empty or forbidden results; switch to an account with confirmed access, such as byk@sentry.io instead of ben@byk.im, when required.
