symbolic-wasm ownership, DIF contracts, build, and publication

symbolic-wasm remains general-purpose; getsentry/cli owns DIF orchestration. Build releases from symbolic origin/master with symbolic-wasm/build-npm.sh, then validate the packed tarball through CLI tests, typecheck, lint, and an install/import artifact smoke test; wasm-pack test cannot catch published-glue defects. Never commit file: dependencies, and wait for npm publication before pinning semver. Archives use SelfCell; export Rust Object as JS ObjectFile, convert callback/provider failures to descriptive JsErrors, and detect embedded sources via debug-session files plus embedded PPDB. il2cppLineMapping returns undefined when empty. Native DIF uploads chunk raw bytes by SHA-1 and assemble through the project DIF endpoint; choose the first object with debug info as primary.
