Trap: leaving .github/workflows/publish.yml’s Inform start step unguarded looks reasonable because publication status should be announced, but transient workflow-run lookup or comment failures then block checkout and Craft. Fix: mark this informational step continue-on-error: true; authorization fences and publication remain mandatory, while comments and telemetry are best-effort.
