When the user reports that the server restarted, promptly nudge or resume the existing background agents using their preserved context rather than duplicating or replacing their work. Keep each agent’s original review scope and evidence requirements intact, continue against the unchanged or frozen worktree, and leave any merge gate closed until the resumed reviews return substantive results.
