.lore.md feature-commit isolation

Chose keeping generated .lore.md version-controlled but isolated from feature, fix, and test commits over sweeping background-generated drift into each commit. Never hand-edit it; include it only when explicitly requested. On stash-pop conflict, take ours (origin/main); if an unstaged generated change blocks checkout or fast-forward, restore it or stash then drop it. In a jj-colocated repo, leave unrelated .lore.md drift in the undescribed working-copy change above the substantive commit.
