Never restart OpenCode services

Never restart or disrupt the running OpenCode app, server, or pilot services unless Burak Yigit Kaya explicitly overrides this. Build and validate in parallel using isolated worktrees, data, ports, and processes, then let the user control cutover. If restart or recovery behavior must be tested, use an explicitly isolated V2 managed-service environment with separate database, caches, configuration, credentials, service registration, and port. Do not replay uncertain provider work or duplicate tool side effects during recovery.
