When the user asks to continue, first recover and honor the established PR/worktree context, current workflow status, prior technical findings, tests, and unresolved review items. Do not restart the investigation or discard earlier decisions. Verify repository-specific tooling and contracts, preserve unrelated or release changes, and proceed from the next pending step using the smallest safe change. If a referenced skill is unavailable, use the available repository guidance and continue rather than treating that as a blocker. Report progress against the existing plan and validate the exact resulting head before pushing or updating the PR.
