sync pull preserves local clocks

A sync pull must never overwrite locally materialized confidence or the local decay clock. Chose preserving these local fields over copying their remote values because pull synchronizes shared knowledge while confidence materialization and decay timing describe local state; replacing them would corrupt local ranking and aging behavior.
