Chose making noStore suppress temporal persistence and cached request-body snapshots over bypassing the whole Lore pipeline because no-store controls residency, not LTM, recall, or gradient processing. Tool results following a no-store tool_use intentionally become harmless no-ops because no seed row was persisted.
