SQLite temporal ground truth

Chose complete local temporal messages in SQLite as ground truth over treating distillations or curated LTM as authoritative because those layers are derived, lossy, and revisable. Store every message with full-text search; derive distillations, long-term knowledge, entities, and vectors without discarding the source history.
