Knowledge contradiction confidence

Chose retaining opposing knowledge entries over silently merging or deleting one because rules such as “tabs” and “spaces” may reflect real unresolved contexts rather than versions of one fact. Rank contradictions by confidence and surface them for user resolution. Retrieval alone never raises confidence; useful cross-session evidence may raise it, inactivity decays it, and explicit cross-project user assertions are exempt from decay.
