Craft version CHANGELOG ownership

Never manually bump BYK/loreai versions or edit CHANGELOG.md. Trigger .github/workflows/release.yml with version=auto or an explicit version and let Sentry Craft own release state. scripts/bump-version.sh updates workspace versions; Craft generates the changelog from conventional commits and pushes release/X.Y.Z; CI builds tests, npm tarballs, binaries, and delta patches. Accept the Craft publish issue so npm OIDC publishing and the GitHub Release use generated artifacts. Verify the release branch, publish issue, npm packages, and GitHub artifacts came from this workflow; hand edits can diverge from four-workspace, legacy-alias, and binary-release state.
