Gateway core dependency topology

Chose gateway bundling of @loreai/core plus direct @loreai/core and @loreai/gateway dependencies from @loreai/opencode over making core a gateway runtime dependency because published gateway artifacts inline core and must not import it at runtime. The plugin must still declare both links: transitively installed packages do not receive devDependencies, so build-only declarations cannot satisfy runtime plugin resolution.
