PromptAdmitted v1 wake intent

Chose optional requestExecution on durable PromptAdmitted v1 plus deterministic PromptExecutionRequested for later exact-retry upgrades over commit hooks or a parallel v2 event. Commit hooks do not replay, while EventV2 projectors are keyed by logical type and cannot safely distinguish parallel v1/v2 definitions. New admissions always emit an explicit boolean; historical omissions project false because resume:false already existed. Prompted still clears wake_pending.
