Worker probe self-count

Trap: counting process-list matches for workspace test/build commands looks correct because the filter includes the workspace path, but the observer shell can contain the same path and pattern and count itself. Fix: exclude the observer PID/command or use ownership-aware matching, then verify zero residual workspace workers.
