Validation-only candidate integrity

Steps:

1. Freeze jj st, base/head/parent IDs, conflicts, changed paths, clean-child state, and plain-diff SHA-256.
2. After interruption, recover retained evidence through Lore recall or local /ui/search; reuse it only when every identity, hash, artifact, and state check still matches, and rerun only missing work.
3. Run prescribed focused, repeated, adjacent, static, lint, format, bundle, and aggregate tests against temporary SQLite.
4. Record every command’s exit code, duration, exact test/file counts, warnings, artifact hashes, and worker state.
5. Recheck identity, diff hash, scope, conflicts, artifacts, database isolation, cleanup, and workers. Gotchas:

• Warning-only, empty, timed-out, truncated, or partial output proves neither pass nor defect; recover evidence or run deterministic shards.
• jj may report unrelated bookmark conflicts; inspect the candidate range explicitly without mutation. Verify:
• [ ] Every required result is conclusive.
• [ ] No workspace worker survives.
• [ ] Candidate state is unchanged.
• [ ] Return substantive PASS or FAIL.
