Follow the exact package-scoped validation-only workflow

When asked to validate /home/byk/Code/opencode, run only the explicitly listed commands from their package directories—never from the repository root and never substitute direct tsc for bun typecheck. Do not edit or format files, mutate VCS state, start services, or use recall. Do not run check:generated when prohibited. Capture and report every command’s exact exit status and duration, test and assertion totals, file counts, failures, warnings, and compiler diagnostics. Distinguish expected fixture error logs and informational output from actual failures. Conclude with aggregate totals and explicitly confirm that all prohibited actions were avoided.
