Preserve and verify durable-event commit semantics

When reviewing or changing durable event publication, inspect commitDurableEvent and preserve its exact invariants. Confirm aggregate validation, replay idempotence and divergence checks, owner handling, contiguous sequencing, and global event-ID uniqueness. Keep projectors, the optional local commit hook, sequence upsert, and event insertion in their established order within an uninterruptible immediate transaction. Ensure exact replays do not rerun projectors or hooks, and publish durable subscriber wake-ups only after a successful transaction. Retain precise error behavior and messages where tests or callers may depend on them.
